FALL SEASON

August – December

The Fall season is our largest competitive season of the year. Teams train regularly while participating in league matches and occasional tournaments.

Typical schedule includes:

• 2–3 training sessions per week
• Weekend league matches
• Optional tournaments and club events

Fall is focused on building team chemistry and long-term player development.


SPRING SEASON

January – May

The Spring season continues player development while providing additional league competition and opportunities for teams to grow together.

Typical schedule includes:

• 2–3 training sessions per week
• Weekend league matches
• Optional tournaments and club events

Spring allows players to continue improving their skills while preparing for summer training opportunities.

DEVELOPMENT PATHWAY


Programs designed to meet players where they are in their development.

Grassroots Program

Ages 4–7

Players are introduced to soccer fundamentals through fun, engaging activities that build coordination, confidence, and love for the game.

Development Academy

Ages 8–11

Players begin structured technical development with an emphasis on ball mastery, passing, decision making, and small-sided competition.
