Energy Elite Summer Performance Program
For Players Ready to Train at the Next Level
The Energy Elite Off-Season Training Program is designed for players who are serious about improving their game and want to continue developing between seasons.
While many players take time off, elite players use the off-season to train harder, improve faster, and gain an advantage before the next season begins.
This program features four days of training each week, with 2.5-hour high-intensity sessions focused on developing the technical, athletic, and mental aspects of the game.
Training is structured to challenge players, push their limits, and help them return to the season more confident, faster, and more technically prepared.
